What kind of area is required to pitch the Teepee?
It depends on the size of Teepee chosen and clearance for rigging and height.

Do you charge for delivery and set-up?
We deliver free within our local area and all set-up costs are included in the hire price, please see the information page for more details.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card payments can be taken over the phone, alternatively cash or cheque on arrival.

How long does it take you to pitch the Teepee?
Our team will take approximately 1½ hours to erect once on-site, if access is fairly easy. We will also erect them facing East as this prevents the majority of rain from coming in through the top during wet weather.

Can we have a fire in the tent?
We do not allow open fires in our Teepees, but you are welcome to hire a wood burning stove which will create a similar effect and make the Teepee warm and snug.

How long can we keep the Teepee for?
As long as you require it, the prices per night are shown on the information page.

Are they water proof?
All our Teepees are supplied with lining which will prevent water from coming in but due to the Teepee’s design, the smoke flap where all the poles meet is open to the elements. So therefore we recommend hiring a rain cover for those occasions when it may rain.
